Another year another programme of activities. Our longstanding link with Richard Huish College came to an end this year as they asked for a visit to Barcelona and then ruled it too dangerous. However, our links with UH continue with both countries participating in a 4 towns project with EU funding.

19 May Bridgwater International enter a team in the Sandino football tournament in Bristol
24-31 May Canaltech -Antonin joins us on a canal trip
5-12 June Eva Kordova Czech group visits Somerset and includes link with Richard Huish and a day in Greenwich
10-14 June Barbora Szolonyova brings a group of UH councillors to Bridgwater to study local government -project supported by Bridgwater TC, Sedgemoor, Somerset and Bristol city unitary
26-31 June Workers Beer festivals-Glastonbury, Latitude & Reading
2-7 July Labyrint Czech choir visit Somerset with Lenka Charvatova. They are home hosted and play concerts in Bridgwater and Wedmore
9-16 July Second Eva Kordova group visit Somerset and cornwall. They stay at Huntstile farm

26-30 Sept Altech footballers visit Bridgwater and play games against Sedgemoor Unison at Victoria park and at Cranleigh gardens against Bridgwater International. The visit also includes a journey to Stoke to see them play Norwich.
