In fact our 4th twin town is Marsa in Malta. An odd choice for a twinning as a former British colony…and so far we haven’t taken any trips there at all. Although we have been visited by a Maltese rugby team and some of their councillors. It’s a place we want to focus on more in future though. This George Cross island, famous for its resistance to Fascism in WW2 is in the ideal location of mid Med and well worth a visit.
Marsa is the port area of Valetta.
