South of Croatia is Montenegro. The smallest of the former Yugoslav states and within easy reach of the tip of the EU. We’ve taken groups many times to Montenegro and our favourite place is Budva on the Adriatic coast. It’s not a twin but we always get a great welcome there and once they brought their own Carnival troupe to take part in Bridgwater carnival!
